1. Return Policy

You can initiate a return request within 1 day of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the return request is made within this timeframe.

Eligibility:

The return request is made within 1 day of receiving the order.

The product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with the shrink wrap intact.

Returns are not accepted for bulk orders (orders with more than 5 units).

Damaged or Incomplete Product:
We understand that accidents can occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Once the return request is acknowledged, you will need to courier the product to our warehouse.

We will share the warehouse address with you upon confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
​
We will process your refund (less return shipping fees) once the returned product is delivered to our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Customers can choose to either ship the product to the return address or have us arrange a reverse pickup. For reverse pickups, the shipping handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds will reflect in your account within 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
3. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped.

For prepaid orders, the cancellation refund will be initiated upon approval to the original payment method.
